Celtic’s Turkish Delight – Boyata, if you need a lift to the airport…

UPDATE…

REPORTS this morning suggest that Boyata has turned down a move to Sevilla as he would not be guaranteed a place in their first team and instead will move to Turkey.

Boyata’s non appearance in Lithuania last night – where Celtic were exposed again through poor defending – while this Belgian employee probably didn’t even bother spending a tenner to watch the game on Premier Sports – was we suspect nothing to do with ‘Injury’ or not being ‘mentally ready’ and had everything to do with not wishing to cup-tie himself for the Europa League Group stages.

Still the news from Turkish publication Fanatik this morning is excellent if true.

They a re claiming that Boyata has made his mind up, rejecting Sevilla and instead will move to Istanbul, with talks developing with both Fenerbahce and Galatasaray.

Hopefully the move can get sorted out asap, and if you need a lift to the airport Dedryck there will be plenty of offers for that pleasure…
