Chris Sutton reacts as the Rangers choke against Hearts

Who saw it coming? Mere weeks after the Rangers’ fans had proclaimed that their club was back on the Scottish throne and set to win their 55th league title (read first) this season, Steven Gerrard’s side lost 2-1 away at Hearts, a team that had not managed a win in their last 10 games. As a result, Celtic are now back in the driver’s seat in the race for the Premiership title. Who saw it coming?!

Obviously, Celtic fans erupted in joy following the result as now they have a five-point lead at the top of the table, although their Glasgow rivals have a solitary game in hand. Even if they win that game, the Hoops will remain two points ahead as things stand at the moment.

And one man who was certainly quite happy with the result is former Hoops striker, Chris Sutton. The pundit is Celtic through-and-through and went on to congratulate Hearts for their their big win following the game.

He tweeted:

We are suspicious that the big man is a bit more happy inside than the somber tone of his tweet suggests.
