The Celtic Star is proud to support The Celtic Academy and one of the initiatives we are involved in is helping to introduce the young Celtic stars of the future to the world of the media. So often this can be a minefield for young players and clubs like Celtic are mindful of this and do as much as possible to advise and educate so that the Bhoys don’t stray into unchartered territory as far as the mainstream media is concerned.

We started this series a few weeks ago when we published an short Q&A session with Ben Doak, who as you know was on the bench at Tynecastle on Wednesday night and played against both Dundee United and the Rangers. He could even make his full debut for the first team this afternoon against Raith Rovers in the Scottish Cup.  Ben is a big talent who will hopefully be signing his first professional contract with Celtic shortly, amid interest from the likes of Liverpool.

The we  turned our attention  to Dylan Corr as we put him under The Celtic Star Spotlight. Dylan is a key member of the Under 18 side but has stepped up recently to play for Tommy McIntyre’s Celtic FC B side in the Lowland league. The 18 year old defender signed his first professional contract with the club at the end of last season.

Today we feature our third young Celtic Star of the the future and its another defender this time  Lenny Agbaire, Under 18 Squad who goes under The Celtic Star Spotlight…
