Everything Bears Treasure – Jackson hails the EBT ‘all-star’ Ibrox Dream Team

The Rangers yesterday unveiled their interim management set up in the wake of sacking Philippe Clement and one sportswriter couldn’t hide his excitement by describing the appointments as an ‘all-star’ coaching team…

Keith Jackson, fresh on from his SF 49ers takeover exclusive, is working hard on behalf of the Ibrox club once again as it faces up to the reality of paying off yet another manager who couldn’t handle the pressure of trying to mount a challenge to Celtic.

Ferguson’s managerial record is underwhelming to say the least

But don’t fret my fellow Celtic supporters, it’s not Carlo Ancelotti supported by a back team staff of Jose Mourinho, Pep Guardiola, and Jurgen Klopp. It’s Keith’s colleague at the Daily Record, Barry Ferguson the former Alloa and Kelty Hearts boss who’s been placed in temporary charge along with his fellow EBT buddies Allan McGregor, Neil McCann, and Billy Dodds, with Clement’s not long appointed assistant Issame Charai hanging on in there to complete the Ibrox EBT Dream Team.

Brendan Rodgers must be shaking in his shoes

Brendan Rodgers must be shaking in his shoes wondering how he’s going to keep that big smile of his off his face. To the rest of the world that Dream Team would be a current football pundit and failed ex-Clyde, Kelty Hearts, and Alloa manager, backed by his BBC pundit pals. Sportscene will be devastated at the loss of their favoured pundits and our thoughts are with everyone at the publicly funded broadcaster at this difficult time.

No silverware but staunchly appointing four brown brogue wearers

Out of both domestic cups, lagging far behind in the league and paired against Fenerbahce in the Europe’s secondary competition, The Ibrox side has virtually no hope, of winning silverware this campaign.

But by staunchly appointing four proud suit, shirt and tie, brown brogue wearers they will keep the easily duped dumb bears happy until the summer when they install an even better ‘all star’ coaching staff for them to purr over.

Season ticket renewals

Selling out the season tickets for next season will be the objective and Bazza and the Three Bears tries to get a tune out of Clement’s squad.”Hello, Hello…” Buy FC25 Points might be wiser investment for all those long suffering supporters of theRangers.

I’ve no idea who will be the next permanent Ibrox boss, but I can guarantee that Keith Jackson and the other hacks in the Scottish mainstream media will all herald him to be the next best thing in Scottish football

Rinse and repeat exercise that Celtic has seen many times

It’s a rinse and repeat exercise that Brendan Rodgers has now seen so many times. All good things must come to end as they say, and that indeed is the case on Sunday night when the news broke that Philippe Clement had unfortunately been relived of his duties as manager of theRangers after back-to-back home defeats to Queen’s Park in the Scottish Cup and St Mirren in the Scottish Premiership.

The Belgian’s time was up after a catastrophic run of results that saw his side fail to compete with Celtic, and now the rumour mill is in full swing as they talk of who will succeed him.

Barry Ferguson who will take charge on a caretaker basis until the end of the season, to allow the season tickets renewals to get done and maybe even the club sold to the American investors if they can stomach what they see beneath the bonnet.

Barry has enough staunch points in the bank

Ferguson and his three former teammates will do for now as he’s got enough staunch points in the bank, but they’ll no doubt be dreaming of a more capable successor.

I can’t tell you who will be next in line to challenge Brendan Rodgers, but what I can tell you is that whoever it is will be the next best thing. You know, the best upcoming manager in world football, the biggest name in Scottish football that sort of thing, a guy that Rangers are lucky to get.

Remember what they said about the Bread-Man

Mark Warburton was a future England manager, poor old Pedro was the new Jose. Steven Gerrard, like the bread-man was also a future England manager as well as the next boss at Liverpool. Michael Beale was the brains behind Gerrard, you get my drift…

Tonight Brendan Rodgers will be looking for a win at Celtic Park against Aberdeen to increase toe lead over Barry Ferguson and the Three Bears to 16 points ahead of their first game in charge at Rugby Park against Kilmarnock tomorrow night.

  1. Valentine's day massacre on

Inaction was Ferguson’s boss at the daily Record and one of his many ghost typists for his weekly theRangers love in stories . He will be expecting first dibs on all of the craic emanating from Ibroxland ..true or false from Ferguson and his new posse of coaches ! Get ready for all the ‘ exclusives ‘ flowing out from Record towers while the Baz is top dog …oh ,and the Record has won a watch by Ferguson leaving his post as it will be another wage saving decision which they desperately needed , being in the tailspin of daily failure from lack of sales
