Wilfried Nancy has played down any suggestion his position is under threat at Celtic, despite a damaging loss just days before Saturday’s Glasgow Derby…

Hopes of moving joint-top of the Scottish Premiership alongside Hearts were dashed as Celtic were convincingly beaten 2–0 by Motherwell at Fir Park on Tuesday night.
Attention now turns to this weekend’s showdown with theRangers, but the Celtic boss insists he remains calm and unconcerned by external noise surrounding his future.
Speaking post-match via TCW, Nancy said: “As a manager, personally, this is not something that I want and this is not something that we want. After that, the pressure doesn’t change the way I think about this because we know that we have to do better. But for the moment, this is a bit the reality.”

“I knew that it could be like that. We had good games at certain moments. Tonight is a difficult one. The last game, the first half was really good. The second half could have been better. So this is a bit the reality.”
When questioned whether he is assured of turning around his disastrous start with Celtic, the Frenchman said: “Yes, I’m confident because, again, I had to make choices tonight regarding the team that I made. Also, we have a few players away regarding the situation. So, again, I’m confident with where we want to go.”
“The reality is, for the moment, this is for this game. This was a tough game. It was difficult for us in this game. But I think that we’re going to get better.”

“I don’t think about my future. I think about what I do now and what I need to do to improve the team and what we need to do also to improve the team. This is the way I think.”
🗣️ “The Celtic players look directionless. The squad is in dire need of major surgery.”

lol.Why should he care?
If sacked he and his entourage leave richer men.
The person who appointed him should go with him.
Worse even than John Barnes
🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻Sat.
Hail Hail.
Appointing Tisdale is where it began. Mark Lawwell’s appointment is where I began banging on that this was dangerous times at Celtic Alarm bells were ringing then.
Then Tisdale is appointed who signed yamada for example after long before it Rodgers said no to him. At that point Tisdale had full control of first team matters and Brendan was finished.
Tisdale then through some academy guy at Exeter city sets about charming Desmond. Tisdale by this time had Desmond’s ear ,he then floats Nancy as Celtic manager material and the rest is history. BR Jk have had enough and walk( chased out the club by messers Lawwell Desmond Nicholson).
Connor your right. Decision after decision wrong , appointments wrong, and we stand on the verge of therangers beating us on Saturday. Wow
Nancy, Tisdale, Nicholson, McKay in that order must go
Sack The Board , Back the team..
