‘I’ll never shy away from pressure,’ Scotty Sinclair on his spot-kicks

SCOTTY SINCLAIR was on fire in that first half against St Mirren. The combination play between him and Emilio Izaguirre is excellent and the two of them seem to complement each other very well indeed.

Sinclair of course had an eventful game against Airdrie, missing a penalty and a sitter before putting both of those errors right with two goals and then being denied a hat-trick after being wrongly flagged as offside.

Then on Wednesday he won another penalty and double bluffed the Saints keeper to double Celtic’s lead. He could have had another goal in the second half but instead tried to set Olivier Burke up for his own hat-trick.

Scotty Sinclair has been speaking to Celtic TV today about thriving under the pressure of playing for Celtic, being his own worst critic and doing all that he can to help the younger members of the Celtic squad.
