Listen to Archie Macpherson’s Lisbon Lion interview with Clark, Craig, Lennox, Auld and Wallace

DO yourself a favour and listen to this.

Archie Macpherson in conversation last night with John Clark, Bobby Lennox, Bertie Auld, Jim Craig and having just arrived in Scotland from his home Australia, Willie Wallace.

The Lions were interviewed last night on GoRadio DAB by the former BBC broadcaster who was in his commentary position in Lisbon on that wonderful afternoon in Lisbon in May 1967.

The station describe the broadcast as “a tribute show to the greatest Parkhead captain of all time Billy McNeill, and the man whose goal-scoring ability secured the European Cup and Celtic’s place in history, Stevie Chalmers.

“Lisbon Lions Bertie Auld, Jim Craig, John Clark, Willie Wallace and Bobby Lennox talk to Archie Macpherson about two of the all-time greats of the Scottish game,” so sit back and enjoy and make sure you share it with family and friends.

This is the radio show that Celtic Captain Scott Brown was urging everyone to listen to at the start of the week.
