Although the league might be too much of a stretch for Celtic now, they still need to build up a run of wins to take some momentum into next season.
They should also be desperate to get revenge of the recent defeat to St Mirren at Celtic Park, so a win tonight is a must.
It’s good to see Stephen Welsh keeping his place in the team after a good performance against Motherwell at the weekend, while it also looks like we’ll see some kind of variation of a 4-4-2 as Eddy and Ajeti start:

One of the main talking points over the selection comes from the bench, as Duffy and Barkas can’t make the starting XI just now despite being two of the club’s main summer signings.
It does look like Neil Lennon is trying to see what else he has in his squad after losing faith in the pair, so it speaks volumes when the fans are happy to see them on the bench:
griff and barkas and duffy benched love to see it

Barkas, Duffy,Elyounussi, Laxalt, Klimala , at least Lennon’s major signings in the last year have made the bench ,

I’m in agreement with you Scott, that Bain is better than Barkas. Don’t mean he is the best keeper out there… but of the two, he is the lesser evil. In my opinion
Either way, I hope we win! Then St Mirren can shut up about their win against us last month! #COYBIG HH🍀

At least Duffy is on the bench….. every cloud and all that

Barkas is the worst goalkeeper in the history of football in the entire universe.
