Celtic were formed to provide for the most vulnerable in society and today, our supporters continue to follow Brother Walfrid’s philosophy. Charity has always been at the heart of the Celtic community and a big driver in this is the Green Brigade and North Curve, who have helped fund social projects throughout their existence.
As there is no football, the group have turned their attention from supporting Celtic to supporting the frontline workers that battle against Coronavirus to keep us safe. The preparation of hampers for NHS workers has been followed up by donations of over £3k of PPE equipment. There has been much in the press about the failings of the Conservative government to protect frontline workers but this isn’t stopping the Celtic supporters from doing there bit to rectify the government’s failings.
PPE update: we’re currently awaiting orders of over £3k worth of PPE (face visors, masks, gowns, gloves, goggles) which is being delivered over the next 4 weeks. Some of this has already been allocated. If you know somewhere in need, please send details via DM or email

Celtic donated £175,000 to local charities working on the front line during this coronavirus pandemic, and at the beginning of the outbreak the Green Brigade, and North Curve members, put together hampers for NHS workers. You can get involved by following the steps below outlined in their statement on April 1.
We’ve had a lot of requests re the NHS Hampder Drive so have decided to take donations to allow more people to get involved, more hospitals to be reached and more staff to receive. Thank you to all who have supported this so far and as always thank you to the NHS. pic.twitter.com/EEvXpQqeRN
