Photo Of The Day: Banners Against Man United

Today’s photo of the day revisits a visual display in the days of giant banners being unfurled by the Jungle Bhoys in the Jock Stein Stand.

Lisbon 67, we won it first, along with images of club icons and trophies. It’s all there.

The scene set the stage for Celtic to defeat Manchester United on a classic European night at Paradise in 2006.

Whatever happened to those banners?
