Brendan Rodgers has admitted that he is disappointed that there could potentially be no away supporters allowed in for our play-off round tie against Bayern Munich in Germany next month…

It’s looking increasingly likely that this will be the case after the club issued a warning to supporters before booking flights and accommodation for the away leg in Munich.
Celtic’s pyrotechnics problem
Celtic’s pyrotechnics problem has revealed itself to be a thorn in the side for the club and lots of the support, as most would rather those who use the additional paraphernalia at the games to ceast doing so, so as to avoid the situation which has just arisen. It would be a crying shame if the team had to travel into that crucial match without any Celtic supporters there to cheer the side on in what is already a monumental task.

‘It is certainly not want you want to hear’
Sky Sports Scotland caught up with the Hoops boss earlier on today and the manager was asked if he was disappointed in the outcome from this latest pyro furore. “Very much so,” he said. “We will wait to see if anything comes from it. It is certainly not want you want to hear or genuine Celtic supporters who are bonded with their club, it is the last thing they want to hear.
“People who have travelled for years and years, worldwide home and away, that is not what we would want. However, it has been a combination of things that have come our way as a club. I am only hoping and praying, especially in a game of such magnitude, or any game for that matter, but certainly for this next game that it doesn’t get taken away from those supporters that Celtic means everything for.”
