Scott Brown’s hilarious reaction as the Road to Ten begins today

SCOTT BROWN returned to Celtic training today as the Road to Ten-in-a-row began today at Lennoxtown as small groups were able to train together ahead of the new season. The players had to arrive in staggered order and have their temperature taken as Coronavirus still looms large over Scottish society.

Brown, however, was delighted to be back to training posting on his Twitter page earlier today signifying how happy the skipper was to be playing again after a three month layoff.

Speaking to Celtic FC earlier, Brown confirmed that the players had a light training session at Lennoxtown as preparations get underway for the start of next season.

Celtic will be forced to train in small groups but these groups can increase in size should Nicola Sturgeon move into Phase 2 of lockdown next week, although the strict hygiene and distancing rules would still apply.

Neil Lennon announced last week that he is planning a pre-season camp ahead of Celtic’s tilt for ten-in-a-row. The Irishman equalled Jock Stein’s record of 9 consecutive titles in 1974 with the 2019/20 Premiership title but is eyeing an unprecedented 10th title and wants the players to be in the best possible condition to create Scottish football history. Initially, teams will have to train in small groups but Lennon is hoping that once training increases in size, a training camp.
