Superman Is A Celt: Gianni Capaldi Enlists Famous Actor To The Celtic Family

Famous actor and Celtic supporter, Gianni Capaldi is renowned for welcoming his Hollywood colleagues into the Celtic family, and he has now played a blinder by managing to get Superman himself on board!

Indeed, the superhero actor Dean Cain has rallied behind Neil Lennon’s men and was pictured holding an Irish tri-colour, emblazoned with a Celtic crest.

The 54 year-old actor is famous for his role in the 1990s TV show Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman, where he starred alongside Terri Hatcher. However, there is unlikely to be a finer moment in his acting career than that when he stood smiling, holding the Celtic flag aloft, during a visit to Gianni Capaldi’s house in Los Angeles.

Cain, who was taking a day off from filming, was more than happy to be accosted by his Scottish acting pal.

In a tweet uploaded to Capaldi’s account, the Scot described Superman as an absolute gem and a cracking lad, who is happy to support the Celtic FC Foundation charity.
