Ange Postecoglou has been doing the rounds in Australia as both he and the club promote our latest venture: The Sydney Super Cup. With the time fast approaching before the World Cup in Qatar kicks-off, the Hoops will be teeing off against Everton of England and Sydney FC of Ange’s Oz.
The tournament will be a chance for the manager to have a look at younger players, along with maintaining the sharpness and fitness of all the players who won’t be involved in this year’s winter World Cup. In particular, Bosun Lawal and Rocco Vata are the two the supporters would most like to see given an opportunity with the first team.

As usual, the boss has been doing media work and has been talking up his time in Scotland with the club. The Celtic Star has posted footage of the big man speaking about his affection for Celtic and his pride at being able to bring our massive institution to the land where he grew up and achieved his first goals in management and coaching.
He also spoke of the many warm wishes he received from back home when he had taken on the Celtic job. Of course, things got even more crazy when he went on to have major success in his first year; winning a League and League Cup double, whilst restoring the pride and professional standards of a club that appeared all at sea.
Listen to Ange talk about his pride and the well-wishes he has received from Australia since he took over the Parkhead hot-seat…
