Team’s Up – Neil Lennon Makes Three Changes From Midweek

Neil Lennon has made three changes to his starting XI that gave him a much needed improved performance against Lille on Thursday night. Kristoffer Ajer misses out due to injury, Nir Bitton takes his place; the Israeli having replaced his Norwegian teammate as a second half substitute in midweek. Olivier Ntcham drops out for Aberdeen’s nemesis, Tom Rogic, offering more creativity in midfield. Meanwhile, Odsonne Edouard suprisingly gets the nod over Albian Ajeti.

It looks like a continuation of the 4-2-3-1 formation, with Edouard leading the line and Scott Bain remaining between the sticks.

Albian Ajeti takes his seat on the bench. The former West Ham striker is joined by Leigh Griffiths, Olivier Ntcham, Patryk Klimala, David Turnbull, Greg Taylor, Vasilis Barkas, Ismaila Soro and Hatem Abd Elhamed.

Celtic have a phenomenal record at Hampden Park, having won the last 14 matches at the national stadium. Neil Lennon will be looking to keep that run going with a return to winning ways this afternoon and progression towards another treble.
