The work is done, the stage is set – Celtic confirm season ticket sell-out

Celtic yesterday confirmed that all season ticket, including those in corporate hospitality, have completely sold out for the new season…

The delay in announcing this may well be due to the work that the club has been doing to upgrade the corporate boxes at the back of the Main Stand which as David Low explained in his recent appearance on the Celtic Exchange Podcast, meant a 10% rise in season ticket costs for the dearest seats in Paradise.

If sitting behind glass watching the game is for you then so be it. I was in there once, for a Celtic v Barcelona game in Gordon Strachan’s time and it was like watching a game half way between being there and watching on TV. Not for me. The facilities though hadn’t been upgraded since then so it’s been a job needing doing and one that will pay for itself given the hike in prices.

Presumably some of the box holders wanted to wait to see what they were getting for the increase before signing off on the higher price deal.

Here’s Celtic’s statement on the sell-out of season tickets for the new season…

Celtic FC is delighted to announce that Season Tickets, including seasonal hospitality, for the 2025/26 campaign have now completely sold out.

Thank you once again for your phenomenal support, which means that the Bhoys will return next campaign in a bid to retain their title in front of packed Paradise. We look forward to welcoming you back through the turnstiles at Celtic Park for our first Premiership game of the season against St Mirren on Sunday, August 3 (KO: 4.30pm).

Your backing of Brendan and the Bhoys by purchasing a Season Ticket or Seasonal Hospitality package will continue to generate that famous Paradise atmosphere as we look to create more history. Following on from another successful Double-winning 2024/25 season, we are approaching the beginning of a new campaign in August.

We are Back for the Future as the Champions embark on another domestic challenge, as well as looking to secure their place on Europe’s biggest stage, the UEFA Champions League. We look forward to welcoming you home to Celtic Park for another exciting season and thank you again for your continued support.
