Video: Ange Postecoglou answers ‘most searched’ questions, including Celtic poser

Ange Postecoglou has been taken in by the English media since arriving at Tottenham. Despite some initial scepticism from pundits, Ange’s personality and brand of football has resulted in a real appreciation of the Australian.

Ahead of this evening’s game between Spurs and Liverpool, Ange sat down with Sky Sports to answer his ‘most searched’ questions and was asked about Celtic, which prompted a brilliant response.

Ange oozes personality and it is no surprise that the Premier League enjoys his candour.

The Spurs manager has enjoyed initial success since swapping Glasgow for London, winning the Manager of the Month Award for August and remaining unbeaten, sitting fourth in the table. Klopp’s Liverpool also play high-intensity, attacking football and that will make for a special evening when the teams meet at the New White Hart Lane.

Celtic, meanwhile, face Motherwell today at Fir Park in what promises to be an engrossing clash between Brendan Rodgers’ team and Stuart Kettlewell’s side. Since returning to the club, Rodgers has slowly put his stamp on the team and the players are looking to understand the Irishman’s way of working more.

Meanwhile Thursday 19 October is going to be a very special day for The Celtic Star so please save the date…

John Hartson will be The Celtic Star’s guest of honour as we celebrate the launch of Matt Corr’s new book Majic, Stan and the King of Japan on Thursday 19th October at the Kerrydale Suite at Celtic Park. More information on the night and ticket details to follow…. Majic, Stan and the King of Japan tells the story of Gordon Strachan’s first dramatic and ultimately highly successful first season as Celtic manager and it was of course Big Bad John who scored the goal that won the league!
