Video: Bayo’s emotional farewell

AS we reported yesterday Celtic bound striker Vakoun Issouf Bayo was meeting the fans of his former club FC DAC to say his farewells and the supporters certainly came out in their numbers to say their goodbyes and with the striker all the very best for his time at Celtic.

“Farewell and good luck Bayo!” the club’s twitter account stated.

“All of us from the club would like to wish you the very best on this new adventure in Scotland.”

And they added a little request for Celtic – “Look after the bhoy.”

Some players leave a club with fans offering to drive them to the airport. The opposite is the case here regarding Bayo which suggests that we might be onto a winner!

Looking forward to seeing him on Saturday against Airdrie.
