The Celtic team left their hotel in Budapest to the acclaim of the support that made the trip across to Hungary. Unfortunately, there will be no away fans in the ground due to COVID-19 vaccine certification issues and as a result, the fans that are there congregated to send the team off.

It was a noisy affair outside the hotel with an incredible amount of supporters. The manager and captain came and saluted those that have made the journey, even if they cannot get to the game. Ange and his team will be hoping for a win and giving them something to sing about, if the cheap beer in Budapest hadn’t already.
