“Who better to ask someone who’s been a coach at Celtic, and played for and against Liverpool in the Premier League, what You’ll Never Walk Alone is all about?’ Graham Hunter asks as Harry Kewell talks him through his experiences as a player going to Anfield to play Liverpool then being there as a Liverpool player and the impact that the song has on players when the support is in full voice.

And after being away from YNWA for a number of years he was then blown away by 60,000 Celtic supporters singing he Gerry and the Pacemakers anthem at Celtic Park after he was appointed to Ange Postecoglou’s coaching staff. Here’s Harry’s take on You’ll Never Walk Alone…oh and we do it better!  In terms of impact on players what better example is there than on 2 February 2022, under the lights, no away support and 60,000 voices making their own mark on proceedings  – Celtic players were inspired and theRangers players were like rabbits in the headlights….
