Video: Originally of the Celtic – King Kenny narrated by Jurgen Klopp

It’s difficult not to like Jurgen Klopp, his unique brand of intense energy coupled with his giant smile is always fun to see, and it looks like he’s a good story teller too.

Liverpool fan site Empire Of The Kop recently posted a video of Klopp reading through the history of Kenny Dalglish, and there are some interesting points about his Celtic past in this too:

It’s well known that King Kenny grew up as a Rangers fan, before signing for Celtic and being a club legend.

This story talks about his struggles as a kid and how he adapted his game due to his lack of height, while it also touches on him having to tear down those Rangers posters from his bedroom wall.

Your football team tends to be something that you’re born into so it wasn’t his fault, but it’s nice to remember that he eventually embraced Celtic and went on to be a star at Celtic Park.
