Rocco Vata conjured up a moment of sheer brilliance for Celtic’s U18s in the Scottish FA Youth Cup away to East Fife. The son of Rudi has played for Celtic’s B Team in the Scottish Lowland League but he showed his skill with this assist.
Vata picks the ball up around the half way line, feigns a turn inside to leave the East Fife player in his dust. The youngster then powered forward and crossed an inch perfect cross for his teammate to score.

If the youngster can continue his performances for the Celtic youth side as well as Tommy McIntyre’s B side, he will push himself into the first team at some stage.
