Here is the latest being market on Betfair for the next permanent Celtic manager…
Brendan Rodgers: 8/15 (was 2/1 on Sunday)
Enzo Maresca: 2/1
Daniel Farke: 9/1
Francesco Farioli, Jindrich Trpisovsky: 18/1
Kjetil Knutsen, Des Buckingham: 20/1
Kevin Muscat: 22/1
Stephen Bradley: 25/1
David Moyes: 33/1
As you can see Brendan Rodgers is the new 8/15 odds-on favourite to be the next Celtic manager, having been a 2/1 shot on Sunday ahead of Stephen McGowan’s story in the Daily Mail which broke late last night revealing that senior Celtic executives have travelled to Mallorca by private jet to hold talks with the former Celtic manager who has a home on the island.

Previous frontrunner Enzo Maresca has drifted to 2/1 from even-money and other contenders include Daniel Farke at 9/1, while both Francesco Farioli and Jindrich Trpisovsky are 18/1.
Betfair spokesperson Sam Rosbottom gave The Celtic Star this update this morning: “Brendan Rodgers is the clear 8/15 odds-on favourite to be the next Celtic manager, having been 2/1 on Sunday. Former frontrunner Enzo Maresca has drifted to 2/1 from Evens, with punters now backing Rodgers to return to Celtic Park, just four years after leaving. Daniel Farke is a 9/1 contender, with Francesco Farioli and Jindrich Trpisovsky 18/1 to replace Ange Postecoglou.”
As we said at the start of last week, Brendan Rodgers is looking very likely to be the man to replace Ange Postecoglou and most if not all Celtic supporters seem perfectly happy with that, judging by polls and comments on social media over the last week or so.
Rodgers shock 2019 #Celtic exit remains a bone of contention for many fans. But right now the manager who won 7 out of 7 trophies IS the best qualified candidate. Knutsen was my first choice but now Rodgers & Celtic are talking I sense forgiveness may yet be in the Parkhead air. https://t.co/q5VswQEfkx

😂😂😂 they go to see him in a private jet? If he wants the job he should be coming here. They have absolutely no shame. What a uninspiring group of names it is anyway……..except for Knutsen.
Where did you get this all Celtic supporters are happy with it from. I can name at least 10 who won’t be….big style.
Think BR is obviously the best man for the Job and if DD can forgive him then who are we. Hopefully he can tell us the truth what happened why he walked away. You want forgiveness then tell us the truth and give us reassurances not happen again.
There no questions about his ability let be think Ange philosophy football better and approach to signings were better. Hopefully we go a even better Manager more experience. HH
They should have given him a lift back, bring it on. He should have been backed in 2018 with McGinn and and others instead of being shafted by Lawwell and the departure in February would never have happened, 10 IAR would likely have been achieved.
