Fly high with the Angels in Paradise Harry

CELTIC legend Harry Hood’s funeral took place this morning and we thought we’d share with you, courtesy of Jamief, the lovely brochure that Harry’s family produced as a fitting tribute to Harry.

“For those who could not attend the funeral Mass of ex-Celt Harry Hood this morning, the family produced a fitting brochure in Celebration of the Great man’s life which I thought deserved to be shared. God Rest Him,” wrote Jamief on twitter.

CELTIC legend Harry was laid to rest today in Lanarkshire as mourners paid their respects. Peter Lawwell attended the funeral mass at St Bride’s Church in Bothwell, as did several Lisbon Lions.

Jim Craig, Bertie Auld, John Hughes were there to pay their respects as was Liz McNeill – wife of former Celtic captain Billy.

And Celtic paid their own tribute to Harry today, on the day of his funeral.

“The funeral of Harry Hood took place this morning as we said a final farewell to the Celtic great. Rest in peace, Harry. You’ll Never Walk Alone,” the club said.

Babs McMahon spoke for The Celtic support when she wrote Fly high with the Angels in Paradise Harry.
