THOUSANDS of Celtic supporters – Bhoys and Ghirls – who will be in Romania on Thursday 12 December will have to apply for a postal vote ASAP if they are to vote in the General Election that will take place on the same day Celtic play Cluj in the final and possibly decision group stage match in the Europa League.

If you are planning on being in Cluj on 12 December then here’s where you need to head over to in order to in order to sort out your postal vote…https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/apply-for-a-postal-vote Please note that this applies to Scotland, England and Wales only. For supporters travelling to Cluj from the Six Counties you have to head over to this website…https://www.eoni.org.uk/Vote/Voting-by-post-or-proxy

Here’s one supporter who will definitely need to get sorted for a postal vote and he knows it…

If you are unsure on the need to actually bother casting your vote in the General Election then you need to watch this from this morning. It really is the most heartless, horrible, disgusting mindset imaginable.

Celtic fans headed over to Cluj in August for the match that finished 1-1 in the Champions League qualifier, before we threw it all away in the return leg at Celtic Park. While we want to avoid further heartache the away support will want to do their bit to avoid heartless morons like this having any say whatsoever.

Meanwhile here’s another chance to read Matt Corr’s Cluj Diary from the trip to Romania in the summer…https://thecelticstar.com/transylvania-in-the-green-the-full-cluj-diary-updated/

Celtic fans seem to be at the centre of many a political controversy at the moment. That and having the President of Albania as one of our biggest online supporters. Have a read at this from The Celtic Star from earlier today…
