We already knew that it was never about the Celtic Boys Club victims for the Rangers supporters, everyone else can see that now…

Earlier this week Celtic FC reached a settlement with the majority of victims of historical sexual abuse with settlements with the rest due over the next few weeks, due to the numerous wicked acts of depravity carried out on innocent youngsters by evil individuals who attached themselves to the club via the disgraced Celtic Boys Club.

Better late than never, Celtic FC has done the right thing

Celtic FC has done the right thing after several years of high profile litigation regarding the acts of evil committed by those in positions of trust. We can only pray that all those affected by the vile acts can now get on with their lives, and although it won’t make up for their pain and suffering, the decision to compensate will hopefully bring about some form of justice and also closure.

Whilst everyone involved, from Celtic FC Directors, the lawyers, and the most important aspect in all of this, the victims have decided to settle the shameful saga, for some looking on from the outside, they just can’t seem to let it go.

That would be the supporters of our Glasgow rivals who seem to be rather upset over the news that a settlement has been reached. For a group of supporters who have been campaigning for justice on the very subject for nigh on a decade, it seems rather peculiar that they would feel such anguish about it finally being concluded. Excellent report. I was aware that The Ranjurs were being investigated, but not aware of the statement you provided.
Anyone with an an ounce of sense or decency should be feeling compassion for all players that were affected in whatever way, and when I say anyone – I mean supporters of every club. So hopefully supporters of The Ranjurs will acknowledge that Celtic FC are not the only club that did wrongs. As a Celtic supporter it is horrible to see our club being continually tarnished by Scottish Media and opposition fans, but we are realistic people and we have now accepted that this happened.
I just wish fans from other clubs and media would also accept we were not the only ones.
