Photo: Celtic defender apologises after Glasgow Derby display

SHANE DUFFY has apologised to the Celtic support after Neil Lennon’s side’s toothless defeat to Rangers yesterday. The Scottish Champions did not register a single shot on target and Duffy has broken his silence by taking to Instagram.

The Derry-born Irishman held his hands up and accepted the pelters that came his and the team’s way. However, as a supporter himself, he says that he is hurting too.

Duffy will have to help turn the corner after this performance, which the team had to do after the Glasgow Derby defeat in December.
