DESPITE the internet rumours today – something you did NOT read on The Celtic Star ( just saying), Marvin Compper is not in the team this evening for the game against St Mirren. Indeed the German defender, whose only first team appearance came against Morton in the Scottish Cup Quarter-Final last season, is not even on the Celtic bench.
So who is playing?
Scott Bain is in goals, the back four is Lustig, Ajer, Simunovic and Izaguirre.
In midfield Scott Brown plays as does Ntcham and McGregor. The front three are Forrest, Weah and Burke.
Ryan Christie makes the bench De Vries is the spare keeper, Rogic, Benkovic, Sinclair and Toljan are also there but there’s no place for Scott Allan – which was the other internet rumour today.
