Videos: Rodgers and Morgan pick over the bones of another European defeat

CELTIC manager Brendan Rodgers spoke to the club’s TV channel after the game last night. It’s always good to listen to what he has to say about a game although on this occasion it’s hard to agree with him about Celtic playing positive football last night, especially after losing the two goals.

Lewis Morgan, who started for Celtic for the first time last night also gave his opinion on how that went…

Morgan set Edouard up early in the match and apart from a late opportunity from Ntcham there was precious little to be positive about.

It will be interesting to se if he keeps his place in the side or if Scotty Sinclair is selected.

Now it’s time to set aside the European woes for a few weeks and concentrate on beating Hearts on Sunday at Murrayfield and again the following Saturday, with a win at Dens Park next midweek too.

Then we’ll be in better shape to show RB Leipzig a very different Celtic when they come to Paradise…
