l’Equipe ask Edouard about Playing for Celtic – ‘Come and see a match to experience the atmosphere. I couldn’t be enjoying it more’

FRENCH FOOTBALL writer Jeremy Smith has reported on a few quotes from Celtic Star striker Odsonne Edouard after his goalscoring debut for the French Under 21s last week against Albania.

Edouard came on at the internal and has put himself in the spotlight on the international stage by netting twice in France’s 4-0 win.

“A couple of nice quotes in l’Equipe from Celtic striker Odsonne Edouard. On his 2 goals on his France U21 debut: “It’s a good start – but it’s just a start. It’s great to play in France again. Knowing many of my teammates – from other age groups and from Paris – makes it easier.”” Smith reported.

And on his current form at Celtic, which incidentally is widely reported in French sports pages, French Eddie had this to say: “”it’s normal for me to be scoring – I’m a striker! At Celtic there is lots of pressure – you should come and see a match to experience the atmosphere. I’ve got used to it and couldn’t be enjoying it more.”
