Video: James Forrest shows his class to tee-up Ajer for a vital goal vs Aberdeen to make it 2-1

This really had the look of a game that would fizzle out into a draw.

The wind is preventing anyone getting into any kind of rhythm, and some of the ref’s decisions have been remarkable, and it’s leading to a broken game without any flow.

But one moment of magic might be enough to win it for Celtic. Eddy does well with a slick back heel that finds it’s way out to Forrest, but the wee man does incredibly well to cut in from the left and open up the Aberdeen defence.

Many players might panic and shoot at that point, but he picks his moment to slip in Ajer who comes with with an excellent finish:

It’s bizarre that Celtic have had two big chances in this half that have seen both full backs go one on one with Joe Lewis. Jonny Hayes panicked with his chance and thumped it against the keeper, but Ajer showed the class of a striker to lift his finish into the net.
