Clarke benches Ryan Christie for Scotland’s must win game against Russia

STEVE CLARKE has left Celtic star Ryan Christie out of his Scotland starting line-up to take on Russia in the must win Euro Qualifier at Hampden this evening. Callum McGregor and James Forrest both start while Christie is on the bench alongside the fourth Celt in the squad, new signing Greg Taylor.

Former Celt David Marshall is in goals while another couple of former Celts – Charlie Mulgrew and David Robertson – both start.

John McGinn – the one that got away from Celtic last August – also plays.

The Scotland  team to play Russia this evening at Hampden is as follows…
