‘Another superstar in the making,’ Watch Edouard’s Sensational Double for France

WHEN the French Under 21s were chasing a second goal against Albania the decision was taken at the interval to send on Celtic Star Odsonne Edouard for the second half for his Under 21 international debut.

But could the Celtic hitman get a goal? No actually he could get TWO. Here’s how Odsonne introduced himself on the international stage….

And just to make sure here’s what he did next…

“Another superstar in the making,” someone said on social media.

“Needs to stop drawing attention to himself…we know how this ends…” a fellow Celt said.

“And here begins the journey of him leaving us,” said another Bhoy.

“Aye but he’s no Ryan Kent,” another Celt laughed.

“Enjoy him while we can this season cause I reckon he will be away next summer,” said another fan.

The match finished 4-0 but the French are all talking about just the one player, Celtic’s Odsonne Edouard.

Earlier today there was a report in France about Monaco’s interest in signing Edouard back in June, with the report claiming that contract terms had been agreed before Monaco got cold feet on the move. They apparently came back in for the player later in the window but by then Odsonne wasn’t interested.

Many Celtic Supporters have been asking if the club sanctioned these discussions and therefore were prepared to sell our Star man in the same window that pocketed £25million from selling the injured Kieran Tierney to Arsenal.
